Find a pen and paper
Retreat to a quiet place in your office, home or outside.
Close your eyes.
Take three deep breaths-exhaling slowly
Begin by asking, out loud;
1. What is one small but important issue continue to avoid, although if resolved would improve my life?
Write down your thoughts.
Now, imagine you have taken action, step by step and resolved the problem.
2. Look into the future and ask yourself these resolving questions;
a. How different would I feel?
b. How might my life change?
c. How would others respond to my change?
d. How would other aspects of my life change?
3. Write down your answers in the greatest detail possible.
Congratulations, you have just advanced 51% closer to your improved lifestyle.
